Employment and Training Program

Job development, job placement and follow-up services is the focus of our Job Program. Southeast Asian individuals, especially refugees, are assisted in finding jobs in becoming more productive and self-sufficient citizens. When a company has a job opening, the program matches the qualifications of job seekers to the positions and determines potential applicants. Occasionally, the Hmong Radio program is necessary to attract qualified candidates for a specific position.
